We are seeking an Office Reception and Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team at beBee Professionals in Nanaimo, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and perform general administrative duties.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and handle correspondence and data entry tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
