Calgary, Canada Bruzmar Services Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee hours and benefits
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and answering employee inquiries
- Assist with HRIS maintenance and data entry

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Workday
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $43,163.82-$67,921.67 per year

- Calgary, AB T0L 2R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
