HR Coordinator

We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator who can join us immediately:
**Key job responsibilities includes**:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- May prepare, process and be responsible for the accurate filing of HR related documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters and termination paperwork.
- Collaborate closely with trainers to deliver workshops to staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, legislation, and company policies.
- Assist in processing WCB claims, provide support throughout the entire process to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Act as first point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure that all staffing schedules are maintained in an accurate and efficient manner in the scheduling software.
- Generate HR related reports as required from the CRM software.
- Assist employees with enquiries related to benefits.
- Handle benefits processing task including enrollment forms, to ensure timely and accurate administration of employee benefits.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualification & experience & skillset**:
Bachelors degree in HR discipline
Minimum 2 years experience as HR Coordinator
Good understanding of prevailing Alberta Employment Standards.
**Expected hourly wage**:
Pay is $36.00 per hour.
**Salary**: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
