Property Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our company by supporting our real estate acquisitions efforts. Reporting to the Director of Acquisitions, this individual will play a key support role by assisting in the prospecting, analysis, and due diligence aspects of our property acquisition strategy. **Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of the Real Estate acquisition strategy- Coordinate acquisition of permanent property acquisition- Play an active role in prospecting potential acquisitions- Support the negotiation and coordination with project stakeholders that projects comply with legal and construction standards- Support in the preparation of financial modeling and estimating including income proformas and related financial analysis in order to assess project feasibility- Assist with the acquisition of property by researching required properties to identify any possible risks and determine mitigations and alternatives solutions- Attend project meetings and prepare various reports, presentations, etc. relating to areas of responsibility- Assist in identifying property requirements, including easements and licenses- Coordinate with the Operations to facilitate the onboarding process of new properties- Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely completion of acquisition agreements- Assist in preparing and reviewing project contractual materials including Project Agreements, Land Schedules, and any other contractual documents having an impact on property requirements or commitments

**Qualifications**:
- At least 2-3 years of real estate or other related experience in a professional environment.- Strong verbal and written communication in both French and English Strong technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously- Great organizational skills
