Onboarding Project Manager/gestionnaire de Projets

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
- **Project Owner**:The owner of all projects from conception to completion. The OPM will work closely with the Launch Manager, Designer, Installers and Vendors.
- **Partner/Construction Liaison**:Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations.
- **Project Planning & Timelines**: Develop and manage project plans for each property onboarding, including setting timelines, defining milestones, and coordinating tasks with different teams (content, marketing, quality assurance, etc.).
- **Property Verification**: Confirm property details, including location, legal ownership, and compliance with local regulations, ensuring that all required documents are collected and verified.
- **Punch List Management**:Work with team and partners to ensure the highest level of work is completed. Manage the deficiency list through completion with contractor(s).
- **Build the Onboarding Case**: Create a detailed profile for each property, capturing essential information such as property size, amenities, and unique features to inform listing and marketing strategies.
- **Property Inspection Coordination**: Arrange and conduct thorough property inspections (in-person or virtual) to ensure all details align with luxury standards and brand guidelines.
- **Brand Alignment**: Work closely with property owners to align property presentation, decor, and amenities with Posh Properties' luxury brand standards.
- **Listing Preparation**: Collaborate with the content and photography teams to gather high-quality images and create compelling property descriptions.
- **System Integration**: Input property data into Posh Properties' systems, ensuring all details are accurate and complete for seamless distribution across multiple booking channels.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review all aspects of the property setup to ensure a top-tier guest experience, troubleshooting any issues before launch.
- **Collaboration with Marketing & Distribution**: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that newly onboarded properties are strategically positioned and promoted across appropriate channels.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all properties comply with local, regional, and international regulations, handling any necessary documentation related to permits or legal requirements.
- **Launch Management**: Oversee the final steps for launching properties on the platform, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth and timely listing activation.
- **Status Reporting**: Prepare regular status updates and reports for the VP of Expansion and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, any delays, and solutions for any project-related issues.
- **Risk Management**: Anticipate potential bottlenecks or risks in the onboarding process, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding project workflow, identifying opportunities to streamline steps and increase efficiency.
- **Project Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation for each project, including project plans, timelines, and completion reports, to ensure knowledge sharing and process transparency.
- **Feedback Collection and Improvement**: Gather feedback from property owners and guests on the onboarding process and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and the onboarding experience.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of luxury brand standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency with property management systems and distribution platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for short-term rentals in various markets is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of Airtable, Asana, Guesty, and Enso is an asset.
