Participer aux ta^ches administratives lie ´es aux processus de recrutement, y compris la gestion des voyages et des de ´penses.
Soutenir les initiatives d'acquisition de talents en matie're de diversite ´

Exigences:
Baccalaure ´at ou diplo^me professionnel en ressources humaines ou tous autres domaines connexes
Un an d'expe ´rience en ressources humaines ou en gestion de projet, un atout. (Une expe ´rience de stage connexe sera e ´galement prise en conside ´ration.)
Souci du de ´tail et capacite ´ a' hie ´rarchiser des priorite ´s concurrentes dans des de ´lais serre ´s.
Passion pour un excellent service a' la cliente'le
Excellentes aptitudes a' la communication e ´crite et orale en anglais et en franc ¸ais, car le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la programmation des entretiens pour les postes de la zone internationale
Capacite ´ a' maintenir un rythme de travail soutenu
Confiance en soi ; agir avec l'autonomie ne ´cessaire pour re ´soudre des proble'mes dans un contexte de changements fre ´quents des objectifs.
Primary Responsibilities
Assisting with the administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, including travel and expense management
Support Talent Acquisition’s diversity recruitment initiatives
Ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of TA Qualifications
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of Human Resources or Project Management highly preferred. Related internship experience will also be considered.
Success managing simultaneous projects in a dynamic business environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, as this role will be responsible for interview scheduling for International World Headquarters roles
Ability to maintain a relentless work pace with the ability to change course quickly
Confidence; acts with appropriate autonomy to problem solve amid frequently changing targets
Experience with an enterprise applicant tracking system preferred; experience with Workday a plus
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 40 months
Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
