**Description**

**Posh Properties**, a premier provider of luxury vacation rentals, is actively seeking an experienced **Listing and Distribution Manager** to join our dynamic team. You will report to the VP of Expansion at Posh Properties. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and optimize a portfolio of properties to ensure effective listing management and distribution across various channels. Your responsibilities will include managing property listings to attract potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns. A key focus will be on adapting listing strategies to market trends to drive bookings, enhance visibility, and increase occupancy rates.

**Responsibilities**
- **Posh Listings**:Ensure that all Posh Properties listings are consistently maintained to meet and exceed company standards.
- **Listing Optimization**:Develop and optimize property listings to attract potential clients and maximize sales.
- **Distribution Channel Management**: Manage distribution channels effectively to enhance property visibility and increase bookings.
- **Swift Property Activation**:Ensure properties are promptly activated across all platforms to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**:Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- **Market Trend Analysis**:Monitor market trends and adjust listing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all property listings meet company standards for accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal.
- **Team Coordination**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective property management strategies.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be bilingual (French/English).
- Quick learner with experience in real estate or travel and hospitality sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
- Eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proven experience in property management, listings management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and their impact on sales.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in property listings
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of Airtable, Asana, Guesty, Enso, Breezeway is an asset.
