**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct the maintenance and repair of the Warehouse and all the properties under the umbrella of Posh Properties.
- Supervise Maintenance collaborators with details, direct expectations, and a list of tasks to complete.
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate seasonal activities, including but not limited to;
- _Snow removal, air conditioning, putting away outdoor furniture, winter gear installs, etc._
- Coordinate the installation of cameras.
- Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
- Plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget.
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
- Supervise crew in ensuring proper Posh Properties vision and expectations for Montreal, Toronto, Laurentians, and Quebec City.
- Generate and implement a weekly to-do list for your staff.
- Be available for predetermined high-volume periods including but not limited to;
- _Grand Prix Weekend, March break, Labour Day weekend, holiday seasons, etc._
- Facilitate inspections of new properties upon their attainment.
- Manage the Work Order/Purchase Order process effectively.
- Handle emergencies, assess risks, and implement immediate solutions to ensure the well-being of staff and clients.
- Develop a troubleshooting guideline SOP for our Guest Services Department and Maintenance Department.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or project management with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and maintenance management.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or specialized construction/trade certifications.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for short-term rentals in various markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Strong risk management and safety compliance knowledge, with an understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to travel and oversee operations across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of Airtable, Asana, Guesty, Breezway and Enso is an asset.
