HR and Finance Coordinator

Human Resources:
- Onboarding administration
- Manage calendar of employee performance reviews and check-ins
- Coordinate bi-weekly payroll
- Manage vacation tracking
- Perform bi-weekly and monthly payroll analysis
- Maintain manager bonus trackers
- Coordinate quarterly employee survey
Finance:
- Pay suppliers
- Oversee employee personal expense tracking and payments
- Maintain Restaurant P&L analysis
- Download and share monthly and quarterly P&Ls
- Download and share monthly sales reports
- Download, share, and reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Download, organize, and share quarterly menu sales
- Verify weekly inventory processing
- Monitor and pay Visa balances
Other:
- Perform quarterly guest survey analysis
- Book travel accommodations as needed
- Miscellaneous ordering and receipt management
**Education**:
**Ideal Experience**:
- 1-3 years of similar experience
- Experience in hospitality sector
**Desired Skills & Traits**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Organized
- Experience with Google Workspace or similar (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with POS and Reservations Systems
- Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software
