Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage our social media platforms, generate ideas for content, and film progress on job sites.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with training development and implementation for new employees
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position
- Manage day to day basic book keeping. (Quickbooks experience a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll systems and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in team management is preferred
