**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Oversee training development for new employees and ensure ongoing staff training programs are implemented.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain effective phone systems and manage communications efficiently.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and implement organizational systems to improve office efficiency.
- Support team management by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with phone systems and managing communications is a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and vendor management practices is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
