Our Ottawa branch is looking for a Service and Administration Coordinator to join the team and aid in our

**Responsibilities**
- Review and validate costing for branch work orders. Ensure all appropriate material, equipment, and labour costs (etc.) are accurately captured.
- Update databases with costing information.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Perform data entry, including scanning documents.
- Support branch operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering incoming phone calls, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Audit monthly preventative maintenance reports. Work in partnership with branch leader to ensure completion.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration - Supply chain & Operations Management or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years similar work experience in costing, purchasing, or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficient with computer use
- Strong skills in written and spoken English. Bilingual in French and English preferred
