**TENANT SERVICES COORDINATOR**

Reporting to the Property Manager and working closely with the Residential Property Administrator, the **Tenant Services Coordinator **has the primary responsibility of coordinating all resident requests by partnering with the appropriate property management and operational personnel. This position is responsible for the overall appearance of the community, assisting in marketing functions, and providing exceptional front-line customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting in all day-to-day building activity, and maintaining Tenant Services Inbox; assuring all resident inquiries are responded within timely manner.
- Action the service support needed to maintain the overall appearance of the community and ensure safety of all residents.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with leasing future move-in dates and execute the resident onboarding process including administering key handovers.
- Coordinate with Operations team resident move-outs, pre-inspection and final inspection for outgoing residents to include assessing any charge for damages and delivery of the final utility bill (where applicable).
- Assist with ensuring community curb appeal and maintaining the appearances of the administration office, building amenities, and guest suites.
- Maintaining accurate resident files and updating information in YARDI and emergency contact logs.
- Coordinate building amenity reservations.
- Conduct 100% follow-up phone calls to residents to ensure that work orders are completed to the resident’s satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive property environment for both residents and staff and encourage participation in events and activities.
- Assist in mediation and resolution of resident conflicts by encouraging the respect for and appreciation of individual differences.
- Demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, tactfulness - to generate a positive company image.
- May perform other duties as needed to assist the Community Director/Community Manager and/or Leasing team.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years previous sales experience required
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Valid Class G driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Property Management preferred
- Prior experience in Property Management and RTA considered an asset
- Experience with Yardi and other CRM systems considered an asset
- Bilingualism considered asset
