Battlefield Equipment Rentals (a division of Toromont Industries Ltd.) one of Canada’s premiere Construction Rental Companies presently requires _**Service Coordinator**_ at our **Nepean location**.

**Service Coordinator**

We have an immediate requirement for a **Service Coordinator** in our Nepean location. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented branch that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The parts coordinator is an important position within our service department, not only ensuring that we have the supplies and information to keep our equipment available but in maintaining our customers' requirements. It is a vital step in promoting the success of our customer relationships.
- Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail and effectively organize all documentation within Company software;
- This role will dispatch the field service technicians and provide administrative support to the service operation, including (but not limited to) work order preparation, warranty administration, and invoicing creation;
- On-call work schedules may be required;
- Operates as the direct liaison between staff and customers;
- Provide repair and service quotes to customers;
- Ensure technicians parts ordered and allocated to proper equipment;
- Enter work orders for internal machines;
- Allocate parts to specific work orders;
- Monitor and track outstanding parts orders;
- Run daily reports to monitor business functions, including but not limited to, work orders and purchase orders;
- Responsible for communicating with Regional Service managers to facilitate the movement of equipment between branches that needs to be repaired, based on the location best equipped to complete the task;
- Submit warranty claims;
- Monitor and maintain parts inventory; facilitate with suppliers to order and stocks parts;
- Closing off work orders and internal orders in a timely matter while ensuring accuracy of parts and labor billed;
- Oversee the repair process, follow up with technicians on status of repairs and update work orders accordingly;
- Invoice orders as needed.

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
- Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paperwork organization;
- Excellent communication and people skills on both an internal and external level;
- Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar and/or related parts environment;
- Knowledge in the creation of parts orders and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, and estimate preparation;
- The ability to adapt to on-call work schedules;
- The desire to work effectively within a team environment.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
