Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Cambridge, ON, is looking to fill the position of Account Representative Co-Op. Toyota Tsusho Group, Inc has been operating in North America for over 60 years and we are part of a multi-market, multi-business enterprise with expertise in exporting and importing, new manufacturing, intermediate goods processing, and logistics in Canada, Mexico, The United States, and the Caribbean.

This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:

- Manage customer and supplier requests until completion
- Take proactive approach for problem resolution for customer accounts
- Create, monitor and update customer inventory and rundown sheets to ensure adequate stock levels of all end items and components
- Calculate customer monthly orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Ensure bill of material information and pricing is updated as required in system
- Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) and help Accounting Specialist to resolve any issues
- Check sales orders issued by ordering specialists for quantity & pricing
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and prospects
- Monitor Engineering Change Instruction (ECI) changes and ensure parts are marked for customers
- Liaise with warehouse for handling of products and customer requests
- Gather and analyze data for inventory management
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Sales and customer service experience an asset, however experience is not required only an eagerness to learn.
- Enrolled in Post-Secondary Education: Supply Chain & Operations Program
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in JDE and/or SAP an asset
- Able to handle high stress situations due to tight deadlines and high workload
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Must be able to work over-time when required; including weekends if necessary
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally when required
