**Location**: Hybrid work arrangement, in-person 2-3 days per week out of our North York, Ontario office.

**Lifemark Health Group** is seeking an LMS Administrator to support our national company offering Physiotherapy and other allied health services to patients in nine provinces, with more than 5000 employees and contractors. We pride ourselves on our partnerships with industry leaders and maintain relationships with healthcare providers that share our vision of high quality, patient-oriented care.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Day-to-day LMS tech support, implementation of courses, content management, learning assignments, troubleshooting user errors
- Implement learning objects and build curricula in English and French
- Develop complex learning assignments to various divisions within the company
- Conduct LMS testing and audits for user experience, accurate learning assignments, scoring, organizational units, etc
- Provide recommendations for LMS changes, ensuring accuracy of automated functions and enhancing user experience
- Create and distribute tailored training reports and conducting data analyses
- Explore and test LMS gamification and use of badges
- Provide technical support and communicate directly with users of the LMS
- Communicate with various departments and divisions to ensure training needs are met
- Write training descriptions, test questions, event descriptions in both English and French in a clear and concise manner
- Conduct LMS historical data uploads
- Coordinate ILT events and workshops in both English and French: including communication with instructors, event participants, scheduling, payment, etc
- Assist with training content development
- Work in a highly organized manner, take initiative and multitask with a variety of projects and tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Post-secondary in graphic marketing, communication, business, human resources, or adult education;
- Bilingual in English/French is a highly preferred skill for the position.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in learning management system (LMS) administration/management, including leveraging information architecture and technology
- Experience in ILT event support: including administrative functions and facilitation
- Experience working with Cornerstone LMS is an asset
- Experience writing for LMS systems, websites or software; certification in user experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary in graphic marketing, communication, business, human resources, or adult education
- Completion of Adult Learning Certificate desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to facilitate and lead virtual communication
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a frequently changing environment where decisions are made quickly
- Ability to self-direct, be highly organized and take initiative with multitasking of a variety of projects and tasks, with excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal skills as a professional and an enthusiastic team player.
- High level of confidence interacting with Senior Executives
