**The Opportunity**
- Education/Experience:_

Some college, Associate, or Undergraduate degree. Professional work experience is an asset.
- Knowledge/Skills/Ability:_
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience with Canvas, Moodle, or similar Learning Management Systems
- Experience with courseware
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Essential Functions:_
- Prepares and conducts LMS & eLearning workshops and webinars
- Conducts demos and training to individual users and user groups
- Manages eLearning content from vendors and integrates it into the LMS
- Acts as an administrator and manages simulation platforms & courseware (e.g. POS, PMS, etc.)
- Collects, downloads, and saves all LMS course content on SharePoint
- In liaison with Registrar & IT, prepares LMS course shells for new terms
- Creates user profiles; enrolls and unenrolls users across eLearning platforms
- Exports grades and prepares the grade transfer report
- Provides troubleshooting support to users
- Other duties as assigned
