Job Overview:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying,
- Handle incoming calls and book jobs in client management system
- Daily, weekly and monthly invoicing as needed
- Basic bookkeeping tasks such as back reconciliations, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Payroll processing
- Work closely with technicians and support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience with quickbooks an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in similar roles an asset but not required
- Bilingualism an asset
- Entry level applicants accepted
