Bristol Rentals Ltd. has been renting vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area since 1992. Bristol is a 100% Canadian owned and Canadian operated car and truck rental company that provides rental services within Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area. With locations in Brampton, Scarborough, and Toronto. To Richmond Hill and Markham, Pickering or towns like Milton, Bolton and Orangeville, we have fostered a reputation for honesty, integrity, customer service, and vehicle reliability. Originally a truck rental business, it expanded to add car rentals at many of its 10 operating locations, along with a full line of commercial trucks, refrigerated trucks, trailers and passenger vans. Bristol is a neighbourhood vehicle rental supplier, serving local communities throughout the GTA. Our staff members are long-term employees that are experienced, capable and friendly.

**We offer competitive a base salary, monthly vehicle allowance, monthly sales bonuses, incremental sales commissions, and an employee benefits program that includes health, dental, and life insurance coverage.**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the branch in day-to-day rental operations
- Gain new business and maintain existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Lead location in achieving set monthly sales targets
- Ensure staff are adhering to company rental policies and procedures
- Solve customer service issues
- Training, coaching, development and scheduling of staff
- Responsible for location profit and loss
- Responsible for conducting daily business and sales reports, bank deposit etc.
- Responsible for location accounts receivable collection

**Qualifications**
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum 3-years experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Must possess a full “G” Class driver’s license
- Must have a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous car/truck rental experience as asset
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
