**We are currently seeking a full-time contract Client Feedback Facilitator for our Mental Health and Justice Services (MHJS) team as part of the Canada Summer Jobs program**

This role is a part of the Canada Summer Jobs initiative to support youth in obtaining quality temporary work experiences. As a Client Feedback Facilitator, you will report to the Program Manager, MHJS and assist with the implementation, delivery, evaluation and data entry of the evidence based Ontario Perception of Care (OPOC) Client Survey across the organization. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining standardized processes that will directly engage clients in providing feedback on their service experience with CMHA Peel Dufferin.

**Status**:8 week contract (anticipated contract dates will fall between June 10, 2024 and August 30, 2024); 30 hours a week in a hybrid working model

**Hourly Rate**: $17.55

**Location**: This position is based out of our 314 - 7700 Hurontario Street, Brampton office. Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model, staff are required to have on-site and/or community presence as per program and client needs.

**What You Will Do**:

- Create and maintain a system to support a client feedback process across the agency.
- Support clients and families with the completion of their perception of care feedback in person and/or by telephone interviews.
- Enter and update client surveys in the CAMH OPOC database including contact entries in our electronic health record system (CRMS).
- Work collaboratively with the Direct Services to package OPOC materials for clients.
- Support the on-going delivery, monitoring and evaluation of client feedback
- Support program administrative requirements as needed

**What You Need to Join Our Team**

Participants of Canada Summer Job roles **must** meet the following requirements:

- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Must be able to work all 8 weeks consecutively

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or completed post-secondary education in Health Care or Social Services
- Previous administrative experience, as well as experience working with client/patient related or driven databases would be an asset
- Possess open, non-judgmental attitude towards people with mental illnesses and/or disabilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to approach, listen, build trust, and communicate across diverse cultures and intersectionality. Willingness to continually improve understanding around cultural competence.
- Openness to operate from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and intersectional framework
- Fluency in a second language, including ASL (American Sign Language) is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment and to prioritize tasks in a manner that meets staff needs and program objectives
- Proof of administered full-series Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccination prior to start date. If unable to be vaccinated for reasons relating to protected grounds under the Code, completed medical or religious exemption must be provided.
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check) report
