We are seeking a full-time Lead Front Office Manager to spearhead our front office team, ensuring seamless coordination between our administrative staff, hygienists, and assistants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses strong leadership abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Management**: Oversee and manage the administrative team, hygienists, and assistants, ensuring they are present, engaged, and performing to their best abilities.
- **Patient Interaction & Service**: Ensure all patient interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of care, addressing concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Oversee the creation and management of the office schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow, minimizing cancellations, and maximizing productivity.
- **Training & Development**: Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain a high standard of patient care and office efficiency.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Collect and analyze KPIs related to staff performance, patient engagement, production, and accounts receivable. Generate and present reports to leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- **Policy Management & Compliance**:Oversee the continual updating and refinement of office policies and procedures, ensuring that both our manuals and daily operations are fully compliant with current regulations and industry best practices.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the implementation and coordination of new initiatives, working closely with marketing, administrative and clinical teams.
- **Reception Duties**: Step in to perform dental receptionist duties as needed, including managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial arrangements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a dental office setting, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in dental office software; experience with ABELDent is a plus, along with a solid understanding of dental insurance processes.
- Analytical skills for tracking and reporting KPIs and performance.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
