**Job Overview**:
As a Dispatcher / Admin Assistant at our Translation Services Company, you will play a vital role in coordinating translation projects and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the efficiency and success of our translation services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule interpretation appointments and assignments for clients, ensuring coverage for all requested languages and locations.
- Communicate job details, including date, time, location, and specific requirements, to interpreters and clients in a clear and timely manner.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site interpretation services, such as transportation, equipment, and accommodation if necessary.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.30-$26.10 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
