Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning NOC 1211.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle mailbox customers, ensuring accuracy of mail processing and timely processing.
- Assist guests with any requests or questions regarding their packages.
- Coordinate with print team to ensure customers orders are completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Computer Literate
- Able to lift 50lb boxes.
