**Jb Descriptin**:
**Brief Overview**

The Prject Crdinatr will reprt int the Prject Manager and will prvide verall supprt t the prject and assists the prject team with verall prject perfrmance including csts, schedule, quality, and prject status.

**Respnsibilities**:
The fllwing is a list f activities that are inclusive, but nt limited t the duties f the Prject Crdinatr at Clark Cnstructin Management Inc.;
Attend weekly design meetings and assist in the design pr
- cess. Schedule design submissins t be reviewed by the Prject Manager prir t frmal submissi
- ne dates. Arrange internal scpe review meetings and cmpile scpes f
- r each tender package.
- Arrange bid review meetings with the running up bidders and prepare a bid recap sheet. Finalize and issue subcntracts
- n a timely manner. Respnsible t mentr and guide their Field Engineers wh are invlved in the day-t-day crdinatin f their subcntract
- rs. Fllw up with trades n all the submissin requirements, answer and/r rute RFI’s and SDS’s t the cnsultants and keep all cntract dcuments up t date fr the field staff with the dcument cntr
- llers. Prepare and cmmunicate a mutually agreed billing breakdwn t acc
- unting. Mnitr dcuments necessary fr the clse-ut pr
- cess.

**Qualificatins**:
**Required**:
Pst-secndary educatin in Cnstructin/ Prject Management alng with 3 years f relevant experience, r an equivalent cmbinatin
- f technical training and experience. Understanding f cnstructin methdlgy, including develpment, cntracting, and c
- nsulting. Thrugh understanding f trade and prduct kn
- wledge. Prficient knwledge in Micrsft ffice prducts including Excel, Wrd, Outl
- k Must be self-mtivated, able t wrk with mínimal supervisi
- n. Excellent cmmunicatin skills, strng custmer service rientatin and a p
- sitive team attitude Adaptable and flexible in a cntinuus changing wrk envir
- nment Sund analytical thinking, planning, priritizatin, and executi
- n skills Strng prblem identificatin and prblem resluti
- n skills Effective attentin t detail and a high degree
