**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess competition.
- Present product offerings effectively to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in outside or technical sales roles.
- Some industry knowledge preferrable, whether in the door industry or construction as a whole.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Ability to understand technical concepts is essential.
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories.
- Bilingual in French is highly desirable but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Some travel may be required as we breach new markets across Canada and the United States.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
