Sales Representative

Overview:
As a Sales Representative for Global CFS, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of tile accessories to clients, including contractors, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
**Duties**:
- Sales Generation: Actively prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers while retaining and expanding existing customer accounts. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Offer product recommendations, technical advice, and demonstrations as necessary to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and product performance.
- Sales Administration: Manage all aspects of the sales process, including preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, processing orders, and coordinating product delivery. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer projects. Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies to maximize results.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in tile installation techniques, building codes, and industry standards. Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

- Monday to Friday
