**About us: Short and Suite/Flex Property Developments is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in Air BNB, short-term rentals, and long-term rentals. We have recently started a sister company called Flex Property Developments that focused on long term stays**

**We currently have an opportunity for an office manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to join a rapidly growing property management company which can offer supreme opportunities for career progression.**

**Responsibilities**:
Send out updates to clients, potential clients and staffMeeting monthly KPI's and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business

Scheduling maintenance, sending out leases, and basic quality control Keep property list up to date on excel/creating spreadsheets, organizing data and managing landlord database

Verifying charges, posting charges, entering data, and inputting receipts into quickbooks.

Paying vendors and recording payments.

Acting as first point of contact on tenant and landlord issues

Completing client requests, (i.e. availability changes)

Building and maintaining long and short term listings

Scheduling supply and material orders

Keeping the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings

Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers

Creating change orders, first contact for larger contracts

Scheduling person events and needs

Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
- At least one year of relevant experience in office administration related industries or property management
- General understanding of the Airbnb model and long term rentals - Ability to use an Iphone and apps such as Airbnb, whatsapp, buildium and quickbooks - Exceptional leadership, planning and execution skills, with attention to detail
- Be organized, flexible, ability to multi-task and shift smoothly between numerous projects based on priority
- Able to work independently and in busy enviroments - Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs when required
- Has a "do what it takes" attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time Monday to Friday 8-4pm or 9-5pm, work from home 1-2 days a week potential

Occasional night and weekend shift required (on call 1 weekend a month)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
