**Your Role**

As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our sales team to success, coaching on effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while always keeping guest experience as paramount. Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be essential in mentoring the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the achievement of overall dealership goals.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing gross profits while maintaining leading CSI scores
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, inventory management, and department profitability
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
