Brand Partnership Sales Specialist

Toronto, Canada Paramount Sales & Marketing Inc. Full time

In this sales-driven role you will be expected to leverage your existing relationships as well as build new relationships with brands in various industry. As such you must be able to work at a strategic level, generating bold and imaginative partnership ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential and secure partnership opportunities with brands
- Leverage existing, develop new and nurture existing relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create brand pitches
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
- Expand Paramount’s partnership portfolio across various industries
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Build and develop new relationships with key stakeholders/brand prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline and focusing on closing new business via strategic partnerships and venue sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in direct sales (required)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Positive and professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, **Supplemental pay types**: Bonus pay, Commission pay

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
