Territory Sales Manager

Seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee the successful execution of retail sales strategies across a designated geographic territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with retail partners and store personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive increased sales and market share for each store within the designated territory through targeted sales initiatives and training programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, district field leadership, and store personnel to foster collaboration and drive incremental sales.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate and lead training events, both in-person and virtually, to ensure store personnel are equipped to drive sales and promote brand products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with a strong background in retail business and/or wireless sales.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Knowledgeable in sales data analysis and able to provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and store personnel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
