Administrative Office Lead

We are looking to hire 1 individual to lead our growing company as the administrative office lead.
A little about us, Fuse Property Management Inc., manages both residential and commercial properties in the Simcoe County region. Properties are managed for non-occupying owners and Fuse manages the day to day operations of the investment property. Rent collection, LTB forms, tenant communication and correspondence, vacant unit leasing and maintenance coordination and inspections. We have a team and are looking to add an extremely valuable member to assist in providing the best service to our growing list of clients.
The Administrative Office Lead position will take the lead on many different facets of our organization. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Receiving rent in our database
- Processing relevant LTB forms when required
- Preparing lease agreements for signatures
- Scanning and filing property payables
- Point of contact for incoming tenant requests
- Other administrative jobs
Experience working in property management would be an asset but is not required. We are looking to hire immediately.
This job will require you to work in our office in Barrie, ON.
Starting pay will be $18 to $21 per hour with hours ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
