**We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist.**

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the sales team
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales reports
- Create and update records and databases with customer, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks Online
- 3-5 years experience in similar role
- Post Secondary Education in office administration or relevant field

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
