We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from those in need of assistance.

Part Time Opportunities

Hybrid work environment (minimum of 2 days per week in office)

All equipment will be provided by us- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)- Strong communication skills - well spoken / written- De-escalation skills are a definite asset- Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment- Manage high volume of calls- Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities- Comfortable with phone systems and technology- Flexible availability- Working on obtaining your 911 operator certificate and looking to gain experience

What will you do?

Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch including below calls:
- Customers who got Flat tire- Customers who Ran out of gas- Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars- Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic- Customers who met with an accident

What will you need?- High speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)- Private and quiet work space if you are working remotely.
