**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent (Remote)

**Position: Customer Service Agent (Ontario) - **Reporting to the Ontario Sales Director

**Job description**:

- Maintain and develop healthy business relationships with existing and new customers
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of sales data
- Receive and process orders by telephone, online (EDI), or Fax
- Communicating with sales team as it relates to replenishment, order changes and supporting documents
- Preparing sales reports, and presentations as required
- Responds to customer requests for information on parts and equipment (price, technical information, order status, etc.)
- Coordinating and responding to all requests from customers looking to promote products, parts and programs.
- Resolves customer conflicts efficiently and in a professional manner
- Updating and maintaining ERP system set-ups and customer quotes.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Post Secondary degree/diploma or combination of education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of 2 years previous Customer Service Experience required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ERP systems experience a plus
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the Outdoor Power Equipment an asset
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
