**Life Insurance Agent and Commercial Insurance Specialist - Desjardins Agent Team Member**:
Location: London, ON
Type: Full Time

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize warm leads from our home, auto, and commercial client base to prospect for life insurance sales opportunities
- Engage in networking groups to generate referrals and build relationships that contribute to business growth
- Work with commercial clients to address their life and living benefit insurance and offer unique solutions for small business owners’, employee benefit needs
- Set and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a willingness to obtain a general insurance license
- Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Currently life licensed **or** general license with commercial product experience is preferred with the willingness to obtain the other license
- Strong interest in working with commercial clients and their insurance needs
- Proven track record in sales and exceeding goals
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

**Compensation**:

- Base salary plus commission - based on prior experience and performance.

Base Annual Salary Range - $37000 to $45000

Average Annual Commission and Bonuses: $6000 to $25000
- Unique customized benefits package based on individual needs after probation period
