**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are readily available.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices, including the use of phone systems.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to organize files systematically.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- **Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a must, Mandarin speaking is a bonus.**
