Reporting to the project manager supervisor, the coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project managers of the projects sold.

**What you will accomplish with us**:
Receipt of drawing requests for new projects
- Receive/distribute/document new project requests for drawings;
- Send order confirmations to customers according to drawing production deadlines announced by the project manager;
- Follow-up with customers/project manager for return of approved drawings;
Project follow-up support
- Support project managers in validating inventory items and production deadlines;
- Ensure that the after-sales service file has been created;
- Vendor price management / ensure that the project has been invoiced in full / ensure that customer PO prices match customer invoicing;
- Follow-up on production start-ups following cost price increase announcements;
- Support project managers for equipment start-ups;
- Update various databases such as:

- SST status, delivery status, start-up table;
- List of projects sold during the week, according to status;
- Monthly verification of unprocessed approved orders;
- Sends installation/operation/maintenance manuals to customers ;
- Manage customer price corrections and loss-leader sales with SST tool / follow up to obtain approvals;

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- Completion of Secondary 5 and one to three years' relevant experience;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Interest in collaboration;
- Your sense of initiative;
- Your understanding of the sales cycle;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel is essential;
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers based in our offices in Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
