**Job summary**:

- Projects & Administration (P&A) is part of the Chief Operating Officer team of the Finance Department of CA-CIB NY. The Financial Division is in charge of the accounting, Financial Management & Budget, Regulatory Reporting, Financial and Strategic Steering & ALM and Tax of the US affiliates of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

**Summary**
- Project Management support to the Finance Division: assist the members of the division in the definition of their needs, follow up of implementation plans and coordination of the testing on IT Projects,
- Provide support to Finance users on Oracle Financials, Business Object and Head-Office reporting: coordination with the IT department for improvements, assistance in developing, updating and amending automated reports for Finance Division members,
- The Vice President reports to Head of Projects & Administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and represent Finance users in projects
- Update the data referential in Oracle Financial
- Close the monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department
