TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. offre un service de transport spécialisé à des clients corporatifs très prestigieux dans les secteurs des produits de grande valeur et des beaux-arts. Avec le lancement d'une nouvelle opération à Montréal, nous recherchons une personne pour soutenir nos besoins immédiats en administration de bureau et éventuellement diriger notre équipe de service à la clientèle.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Représenter l'entreprise à l'accueil en saluant les visiteurs.
- Répondre à tous les appels entrants et diriger les appelants vers le personnel approprié.
- Gérer les courriels et appels des clients avec autorité et professionnalisme.
- Assurer la coordination entre le personnel des ventes, des opérations et du service à la clientèle.
- Communiquer avec les responsables de département sur les développements commerciaux.
- Entrer et traiter avec précision les données de commande et maintenir les listes maîtresses de l'entreprise.
- Assurer la meilleure coordination et la réservation précise des expéditions avec les clients.
- Effectuer un suivi en temps opportun avec les opérations et les clients sur toutes les expéditions en transit.
- Soutenir les besoins du gestionnaire régional des affaires.
- Soutenir les différents départements et branches de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives générales au besoin.

- Faire preuve de qualités de leadership et être capable de motiver positivement les membres de l'équipe.
- Être capable de prendre des décisions, de gérer les responsabilités et de gérer efficacement les changements selon les besoins.
- Être orienté vers les détails, assertif et motivé.
- Avoir une solide expérience en administration de bureau et en organisation.
- Maîtriser Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Être à l'aise en français et en anglais.
L'attention aux détails est ABSOLUMENT ESSENTIELLE dans ce poste.
Il est nécessaire de posséder un véhicule personnel pour se rendre au travail à l'heure.
**Job description**
TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc., provides specialized transportation service to very elite corporate customers in the High Value Products and Fine Arts sectors. With a new start up operation in Montreal, we are seeking a person to support our immediate Office Administration needs and eventually lead our Customer Service team.
**Key Job Duties**:
- Represent the company at the front of house greeting visitors.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate staff.
- Coordination between the sales, operations and customer service staff.
- Communicate with department managers on business developments.
- Accurately enter & process order data and maintain master company lists.
- Ensure best coordination and accurate shipment bookings with clients.
- Timely follow-up with operations and customers on all shipments in transit.
- Support the needs of the Regional Business Manager.
- Support the needs of all other departments and company branches.
- Handle other general office administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and able to positively motivate fellow team members.
- Able to take charge, make decisions and effectively manage change as and when needed.
- Detail oriented, assertive, and self-motivated leader.
- Strong office administrative and organizational background.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in both French and English language.
Attention to detail is an ABSOLUTE MUST in this position.
Must have own vehicle to get to and from work on time.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
