Outside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth within the Recycling industry.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales a must with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.
