Starmaker Distribution is a leading wholesale distributor offering a diverse range of Generic and Licensed products, featuring over 10,000 items across 300 categories—from sports gear to children’s toys. We pride ourselves on being the one-stop shop for our customers' general merchandise needs.

**Role Overview**
As a Sales Representative, you will be essential in meeting customers’ needs, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Account Management**: Oversee a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- **Client Relationships**: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients.
- **Customer Support**: Act as the primary point of contact, addressing individual customer needs.
- **Business Development**: Generate new business through existing and potential networks.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve conflicts, providing timely solutions to customers.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed reports on account statuses and transactions.
- **Sales Targeting**: Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- **Sales Metrics**: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly results and forecasts.
- **Performance Improvement**: Suggest strategies to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
**Compensation**
- **Base Salary**: $40,000 per year
- **Commission**: 2%
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales roles.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor, NS B0N 0B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
