- ** **Human Resources department is an integral part of the Edmonton North Primary Care Network (ENPCN) team. We are seeking a passionate, service-focused, and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.**Position**

**The Human Resources Coordinator** is responsible for providing a broad range of human resources administrative support including leading recruitments, onboarding new employees, addressing employee relations issues, benefits enrollments, and managing HR files and revision of company policies and procedures.In addition, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries from ENPCN employees, and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate support to meet clients' needs.
- Oversee claims for WCB, short-term and long-term disability, and coordinate financial aspects with payroll.
- Provide the Accounting Administrator with information on HR best practices relating to payroll and benefits, act as backup for the Accounting Administrator.
- Maintain accurate records and employee files, ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and ensure job descriptions are created, updated, and signed off as required.
- Assist with Market Compensation Analysis for compensation review.
- Facilitate various regular reporting (e.g. hires, absenteeism rates, performance management)
- Facilitate training administration and employee development programs.
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives, committees, and projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

Director, Finance and Business Operations**Education**

**Required**:

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Experience using MS 365 and ADP or other HR Management Systems

**Assets**:

- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience in the non-profit sector.

**Experience**
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Human Resources is required.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Computer proficiency is required.

**Skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively, influence and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to exercise independent judgement, discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, principles, and employment legislation.
