About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Acode. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.

Employee Support and Guidance

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Research and Analysis

Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to support our talent acquisition and retention efforts.

Program Administration

Administer benefit, employment equity, and other human resources programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Performance Management

Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.

Research and Recommendations

Research employee benefits, health and safety practices, and recommend changes to improve our employee experience.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Computer and Technology

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Security and Safety

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Transportation/Travel

Own transportation is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, values, and ethics.
