Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at GNG Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • Manage contracts and training and development strategies
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Oversee payroll administration and provide customer service
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Word
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work environment is 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
