**Position Overview**

Nachi Canada’s Bearing Division is seeking a Sales Representative who will function as our primary driver for new sales.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Drive significant growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of business with existing customers.
- Develop positive relationships as well as identify potential leads by visiting customers on a regular basis and conducting cold calls.
- Develop and actively implement follow-up strategies for leads.
- Provide quotations, product information, and delivery information to the customers.
- Report the progress of business development to the National Sales Manager.
- Submit activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, or problems.
- Perform presentations and training seminars and attend exhibitions to increase sales and visibility.
- Coordinate with the Nachi America’s engineering team to provide technical assistance, training, and cost saving alternatives to our customers.
- Work closely with other members of the sales team on customer service, quotes, and dispute resolution.

**Qualifications**
- Secondary school diploma.
- Post-secondary education in a technical field would be an asset.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in Industrial Sales or related equivalent experience with proven track record in attaining and exceeding account management and sales goals.
- Knowledge of industrial products a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiations/problem solving skills.
- Hunter sales mentality - highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and results driven approach.
- Well organized with ability to multi-task and execute a plan of action.
- Available to travel daily. Overnight travel as required/requested.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Computer skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office to communicate customer needs, prepare proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Language: English required. Bilingual preferred (English and French)
