About Us:
HD plastic is a dynamic and growing company committed to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Bookkeeper to join our accounting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and up-to-date, complete, and systematic filing system to support bookkeeping and financial records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Oversee the accounts payable function for the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare, process and distribute vendor payments.
- Manage, direct, and control the daily financial operations and cash-to-cash processes
- Support and provide sales tax reports to file tax returns in a timely manner
- Prepare AR, AP, sales, and revenue reports.
- Prepare payroll.
- General HR:

- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Assist in employee relations and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support training and development initiatives
- Utilize accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Sage 300 for daily tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in the accounting field.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Sage 300 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

How to Apply:
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
