Office Administrator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, organizing accounting documents, and accounts receivable.
- Organize legal documents, contracts, and minute books.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee vendor management and relationships
- Manage office filing systems and databases
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Traveling between office locations may be required in the future
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Should have a driving license and his/her own car for transportation
