**Job Title**:
Office Administrator

**Job Types**:
Part-time, 30 hours/week, Permanent (with potential to become Full-time after 10 months)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean office environment
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person
- Coordinate Broker loads and Title search services
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment (AC, printers, Kitchen supplies etc) and arrange for repairs as needed
- Coordinate office events, lunches, and team activities

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous administration or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
- Attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team orientation with a personable, positive approach
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping skills is a plus

**Schedule**:

- 30-35 hours per week, flexible schedule (in-person only)
- Monday to Friday
