Taurus Security Services specializes in delivering professional security guard services and advanced CCTV installation solutions. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to help us expand our reach and secure long-term partnerships.
**Role Overview**
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, generating contracts, and building a solid client base. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in cold calling, networking, and relationship building to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Client Acquisition and Cold Calling**:
- Actively pursue leads in industries such as commercial properties, retail, residential communities, and events.
**2. Industry Networking and Relationship Building**:
- Leverage connections and relationships in the security and surveillance industry to secure contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships.
**3. Contract Negotiation and Closing**:
- Prepare and present customized proposals that address client-specific needs.
- Negotiate terms, finalize deal with client, and ensure contract signing.
**4. Strategic Marketing and Promotion**:
- Create campaigns targeting key industries.
- Represent Taurus Security Services at trade shows, expos, and networking events to enhance visibility.
**5. Business Expansion**:
- Research and explore new markets and industries to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
**6. Reporting and Performance Tracking**:
- Maintain records of client interactions and deal progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related role within the security industry.
- Proven ability to secure contracts and meet sales targets.
- Established network within the security or related industries.
Pay: $35,820.50-$112,502.31 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
