We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at DGA Careers. This exciting role will see you working closely with clients and colleagues to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and networking.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate information.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A RIBO license with 2+ years of experience working in commercial lines.
- Experience with E&O, CGL, and office package coverages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of success in business development or a related field.
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
