About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and networking.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate information.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A RIBO license with 2+ years of experience working in commercial lines.
  • Experience with E&O, CGL, and office package coverages.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of success in business development or a related field.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
